Marinated kidney beans with honey

A sweet and crunchy salad with kidney beans. It takes a bit longer than most salads to get done.

| Curry | 2 teaspoons |
| Olive/Rape oil | 2 tbsp. |
| cider vinegar | 1 tbsp. |
| Honey | 1 dl. |
| Ground Ginger | 1 tbsp. |
| Parsley | 1 tbsp. |
| Salt | 1 pinch |

- Soak the beans for ten hours in twice the amount of water as the beans.
- Boil the beans in new water for 45 minutes with salt and curry.
- Make the marinade.(Rape oil, cider vinegar, honey, ginger)
- Pour the marinade carefully over the kidney beans while they are warm and gently stir.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
