| White Wine Vinegar | 2 tbsp. |
| Parsley, Dill, Thyme (Finely chopped) | 1/2 dl |

- Trim and cut cabbage into thin slices. Using mandolin or food processor fitted with the finest cutting board.
- Peel and slice the kiwi.
- Slice the jalapeno with the seeds intact.
- Chop the parsley, dill and thyme.
- Mix spices and with salt, white wine vinegar and oil.
- Pour the marinade over the cabbage, kiwi, jalapeno and mix carefully.
- Garnish with parsley.
