- Cut zucchini and bell peppers into small cubes.
- Cut Thyme and Parsley.
- Mix together the mariande (Rapeseed oil / Olive oil, Vinegar, Chili Pepper Flakes, Salt).
- Pour the marinade over the salad and mix well.
