Marinated wheatberry with Jalapeno

| Vegetable broth | krm |
| Italian salad spices | 1 teaspoon |
| Röd Bell peppers | 1/2 |
| Rapeseed oil/Olive oil | 2 tbsp |
| Cider vinegar | 2 tbsp |
| Paprika powder | A pinch |
| Rose Lettuce | 1 |
| Arugula | 50 g |
| Jalapeno | 1/2 dl |
| Parsley | 1 tbsp |
| Salt | A pinch |

- Boil the wheatberry with the Vegetable broth, italian spices, Paprika powder and salt.
- Let it boil for about 10 - 15 min on a low heat. Shorter time gives the wheatberry more crunch.
- Let the wheatberry cool down.
- Shred the Rose Lettuce.
- Square the red bell peppers.
- Chop the parsley.
- Mix the wheatberry with Arugula, Rose Lettuce, Bell peppers and Jalapeno.
