Garlic marinated black beans

A filling salad perfect before sports and other demanding activities.

| Vegetable broth | A pinch |
| Rapeseed oil/Olive oil | 2 tbsp |
| cider vinegar | 2 tbsp |
| Bell peppers Röd | 1 |
| Parsley Chopped | 2 tbsp |
| Salt | A pinch |

- Put the dried beans in a big pot (3 liters) and fill it with cold water. Let the beans be for 10 hours. (You can boil the beans without immersing them in cold water but the cooking time is severly elongated)
- Exchange the water and boil the beans with BBQ spice, Vegetable broth and salt for 40 minutes.
- Chop the garlic.
- Core and chop the Bell peppers.
- Mix cider vinegar with oil and garlic.
- Add the marinade to the beans and mix in the bell peppers.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
