| Radishes | 5 |
| Red Bell peppers | 1/2 |
| Vegetable broth | A pinch |
| Rose salad | 2 leaves |
| Jalapeno (Canned) | 1/2 dl |
| Dill (Finely chopped) | 1 tbsp |
| Parsley (Finely chopped) | 1 tbsp |
| Skånsk mustard | 1 tbsp |
| Olive oil/Rapeseed oil | 2 tbsp |
| Cider vinegar | 1 tbsp |

- Boil Wheat-berry with Vegetable broth. Boil them 10 to 15 minutes. A shorter times gives them a bit more of a crunch..
- Let the Wheat-berry cool.
- Slice Radishes.
- Square Red Bell peppers.
- Shred the rose salad.
- Remove the liquid from the canned jalapeno.
- Chop the dill and parsley.
- Mix oil, cider vinegar and Skånsk mustard.
- Mix Wheat-berry with
- - Radishes, Rose salad, Bell peppers and jalapeno. Add some dressing.
- Garnish with dill and parsley.
