Wheat-berry 2 dl
Radishes 5
Red Bell peppers 1/2
Vegetable broth A pinch
Rose salad 2 leaves
Jalapeno (Canned) 1/2 dl
Dill (Finely chopped) 1 tbsp
Parsley (Finely chopped) 1 tbsp
Skånsk mustard 1 tbsp
Olive oil/Rapeseed oil 2 tbsp
Cider vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Preparation

    Time: 60 min + 10 hours immersed in water

  • Boil Wheat-berry with Vegetable broth. Boil them 10 to 15 minutes. A shorter times gives them a bit more of a crunch..
  • Let the Wheat-berry cool.
  • Slice Radishes.
  • Square Red Bell peppers.
  • Shred the rose salad.
  • Remove the liquid from the canned jalapeno.
  • Chop the dill and parsley.
  • Mix oil, cider vinegar and Skånsk mustard.
  • Mix Wheat-berry with
  • - Radishes, Rose salad, Bell peppers and jalapeno. Add some dressing.
  • Garnish with dill and parsley.
